The lineup of tools is abundant and supports a wide range of torque bands from 0.5 to 3000 N·m ( 0.4 to 2,212.7 ft-lb ). The range width of each tool unit is large (rated torque x 10% to rated torque), and it is compatible with a variety of bolts.

Feature 3　Self Diagnosis

System checks are performed for the core components, such as the torque senor, angle sensor and the motor, before every fastening cycle is performed. Through this process we can ensure accurate results and reliability.

ESTIC products cover a wide range of torque spanning 0.5 to 3000 N･m ( 0.4 to 2,212.7 ft-lb ) with 4 configurations (straight, offset, bent, and angle head).

Lineup

Straight Tools

This is a compact, high-performance nutrunner developed for inline applications. Combines a high-power motor and a precision torque transducer for excellent performance.
A flange type is also available for the 3000N･m tool.（Model：ENRZ-TU300R-S-F）
 

Offset type

Offset gear is equipped to accommodate multi-spindle configurations with small diameter bolt pitches.

 

Bent type

This bent configuration uses a gear train to reduce the height of the tool unit and accommodates low installation heights.
