Slim Plastic Body Area Sensors, The BWP series area sensors feature a flat and compact body size (13 mm) made of high strength PC/ABS (Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic. The sensors use high performance Fresnel lens and have high-speed response time of under 7 ms. Four different configurations are available based on the number of optical axes and detection area size. Light ON and Dark ON operation modes switching is available. The series also features various user-friendly functions including operation test function and mutual interference prevention functions.

Slim Body Area Sensors (Picking Sensors), The BWPK series area sensors feature a flat and compact body (10 mm) made of high strength PC/ABS (Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic. Picking indicators on the emitter and receiver allow clear identification of job status. Installation and wiring is made easier with the removal of synchronization wiring. DIP switches are available to switch between various functions and modes including long/short sensing distance mode, mutual interference prevention function, Light ON/Dark ON switching and picking indicator ON/FLASHING options.

Cross-Beam Area Sensors, The BWC cross-beam type area sensors utilize a 3-point cross-beam method detection to minimize non-detection area and provide reliable detection. 14 different configurations are available based on the number of optics, optical pitch, and detection area size. The sensors provide reliable detection even in areas with high ambient lighting, up to 100,000 lux. Also, the self-diagnosis output function minimizes detection error from dust or debris. The series also features various user-friendly functions including installation mode function, mutual interference prevention function, and self-diagnosis functions.

Compact High Performance Photoelectric Sensors. The BJ series compact photoelectric sensors feature high performance and excellent noise immunity for accurate and reliable presence detection. Light ON/Dark ON operation mode switch and sensitivity adjusters are available for easy configuration and set up (except BJG-DDT). The sensors are available in various types and options, making it ideal for diverse applications. The BJ series is available in long distance type, BGS (background suppression) reflective type, transparent glass sensing type, and micro spot types, and the sensors are available in cable types and connector types (long distance type models).

Universal AC/DC Photoelectric Sensors. The BEN series photoelectric sensors with built-in amplifiers are available in universal AC/DC types and DC types. Light ON/Dark ON operation mode switch and sensitivity adjusters are available for easy configuration and set up (except through-beam types). The specialized sensor IC provides high performance in various user applications.

Cylindrical Photoelectric Sensors (Narrow Beam Reflective Type) The BR series Ø18 mm cylindrical photoelectric sensors feature high-speed response time under 1 ms and excellent noise immunity with digital signal processing. The sensors are ideal for installation in limited spaces, with narrow-beam reflective type sensing. Connector type sensors are also available, offering easier maintenance and wiring work.

Ultra-Compact, Thin Type Photoelectric Sensors. The BTF series ultra-compact, thin type photoelectric sensors are ideal for installation in limited spaces and compact applications. The sensors measure just 3.7 mm in thickness, come equipped with built-in amplifiers and are capable of detecting tiny objects including metallic wires and semiconductor chips. The BTF series is also built with IP67 protection structure and stainless steel mounting brackets, providing durable and reliable sensing solutions in diverse environments.

These handheld tools are ideal for tightening critical parts that require high accuracy and mobility. They support pulse tightening with low reaction force and direct tightening with high accuracy. Various types of data are recorded to provide reliable traceability.

Manual Handle Type Incremental Encoders. The ENH series manual handle type incremental rotary encoders are ideal for manual pulse input applications including NC machinery and milling machines. The terminal connection type encoders can be applied in various machine tools.
